Dr. Ellsworth graduated from A.T. Still University right here in Mesa, Arizona with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Dr. Ellsworth is a licensed Physical Therapist with additional training treating shoulder conditions, concussion rehabilitation, and ACL and athletic rehabilitation. He enjoys helping patients of all ages with a special emphasis on athletes and active individuals with non-operative rehab. He enjoys running, tennis and pickleball, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
